These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Jonesmont Capital ("Jonesmont," "we," "us," or "our") at https://jonesmontcapital.com, and related online services. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Jonesmont Capital is a financing facilitator. We are not a lender, bank, or credit decision-maker. Any financing is provided by third-party lenders or partners under their own terms. Funding amounts, rates, fees, and timing vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to provide the information you submit, including on behalf of a business where applicable.

3. Website use

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that harms our systems, submit false or misleading information, or interfere with other users.

Content on the site is for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not an offer of credit.

4. Applications and communications

When you submit a form or application, you authorize us and our partners to contact you about your request using the contact details you provide, including phone, email, and (if you opt in) SMS/text, as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Soft pre-qualification or eligibility checks described on the site are not credit approvals and may not involve a hard credit pull at that stage. Later stages with lenders may involve credit inquiries subject to their disclosures and your authorization.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

By selecting Yes on our Contact Us form (or checking the SMS consent box on our other website forms) and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive automated and/or manual text messages from Jonesmont Capital at that number.

  • Types of messages: transactional and informational messages regarding your funding inquiry, application status, follow-ups, document requests, and related service communications
  • Frequency: message frequency varies
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply
  • Opt out: reply STOP to cancel future texts from that program. After opting out you may receive a one-time confirmation
  • Help: reply HELP or call (307) 301-5027
  • Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or of obtaining credit
  • Supported carriers may change; delivery is not guaranteed

We do not sell mobile opt-in data. Messaging platform providers may process messages solely to deliver our communications. See our Privacy Policy (SMS section) for more detail.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Jonesmont Capital or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Third-party sites and partners

Links to third parties or introductions to lenders are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or privacy practices. Your relationship with any lender is governed by that party's agreements.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JONESMONT CAPITAL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Jonesmont Capital against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you submit, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date (August 24, 2026) will change when updates are posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms where allowed by law.
